The Objective

Edenred is one of the world leading digital platforms for services and payments, and the founder of Ticket Restaurant – a meal voucher system that’s used as an employee benefit by thousands of companies across the globe. To boost lead generation for their services in Italy, Edenred came to TikTok for an engaging campaign that would introduce the brand and Ticket Restaurant to business owners across the country. 


The Solution

The Edenred campaign put TikTok’s Lead Generation solution to the test – deploying their own creative to entice new businesses across Italy to join their Ticket Restaurant service. Through TikTok’s Lead Generation, brands can encourage the TikTok community to complete a short form and provide their information (e.g. Name, Email, Phone, Address), where basic information is pre-filled, then identify and cultivate potential customers – without ever leaving the app.

While the Edenred campaign was targeted at other businesses, the brand wanted to ensure that the ad creative still felt completely native to the platform so it successfully partnered with a Creator that the target audience could relate to and trust. With straight-to-camera videos, the campaign spoke directly to Edenred’s target – helping them engage in a personal and authentic way. An always-on approach for the campaign then allowed Edenred to continuously test variables and optimise their ad performance. 


The Results

The Edenred campaign continues to perform incredibly well for the brand, securing in excess of 15 million impressions every month. And thanks to their continuous testing approach, the campaign’s cost per lead has seen a 25% reduction month on month.
